This place used to be really good but then the quality of the food went down something fierce. It doesn't taste the same and... it's odd and not appetizing to eat lately. We go to Long Feng now instead. Read more
Great place for Chinese, friendly staff. Easy and fast pickup. Now to clear up some customers confusion on the service. This is... a Chinese restaurant. They are from China. The Chinese people speak very direct, Mama-San can come off as rude to Americans butit is not her intent. Its the way they communicate in China, its not personal. Imagine opening up a burger shop in China andthink about how hard it would be to communicate. This is just my observation and trying to bridge the gap between the twoparties. Peace and love to all. I ordered sesame tofu, veg fried rice, veg lo mein, and veg egg rolls (can you tell im a vegetarian lol) and everything,... especially the egg rolls were delicious. Im usually quite picky about Chinese food but they def hit the spot. I will order fromhere again in the future! I would say they have pretty typical prices. Read more
If I could give this place a zero, I definitely would. I am from out of state. I am staying at a hotel. I ordered the Shrimp... with black pepper sauce and shrimp fried rice. ( I was charged extra for the shrimp fried rice) The lady on the phone quicklytook my order and hung up the phone. The delivery guy came, I took my card out at this time he informed me it is a cash order.I informed him the lady on the phone didn?t give me an option. I usually never carry cash. Luckily, I had cash on me and paid.The delivery guy tells me that if I wanted to pay with card, I should have done it over the phone. How would I know that whenthe lady took my order and rushed off the phone. I open my food they gave me white rice instead of Shrimp fried rice. I calledthey told me they would call me back. I waited 15 mins no call. I call back the man on the phone tells me that the extra moneycharged was not for the shrimp fried rice, he says it was for a $2.00 delivery charge. I said that is not what I was told me onthe phone. I told him I would be returning the food. I go to return the food the lady starts yelling at me In front of othercustomers, telling me next time she won?t return my food. First of all this is my first time here. Secondly I will never buyfood from your restaurant again. On top of all this she is waving her hand In the air gesturing for me to shut up as she beratesme in front of other customers. I managed my cool. I did let her know no matter how loud she screams it doesn?t change the factthat she took my money, messed up my order, and then tried to lie to me about what the extra charge was for. You are mad becauseyou got caught in a lie! Shame you for being dishonest and rude! I ordered from Long Feng -The Food was more money. The foodwas great! Most of all customer service was great. The lady at New Century needs to go get some training from the staff at LongFeng. Read more
