The prep line crew knows how to do their job! The food that comes out of this Dominos is some of the best in the area. The... delivery drivers are fast and polite, and they always follow directions. They are a very clean restaurant, they clean from topto bottom every day. Only thing I recommend is, skip out in the green peppers and onions. They always seem to be a bit soggy.The dough is always fresh, and the food always arrives hot! Great place to order or even go have a short sit-down with a friendor two. This dominos has ALWAYS had the worst customer service in all of broome county, & the second shift manager who refuses to give... out his name is extremely rude and hangs up on customers who pay their hard earned money. After the way i was treated they willNever get my business again. He also refuses to give me his supervisors information as well so i can go above him with mycomplaints. Worst customer service I've every recieved. I had placed an order and had hair in the food I ordered and asked for a refund... which seemed like a struggle to get and got a call from customer service about the issue and made it seem like it was my faultthat their staff did not come and pick up the food I threw away due to the issue. Okay ! They are great and very respectful when it comes to fixing your order or anything. I decided to walk in one day because I... always get it delivered. I noticed no ONE & I mean NO ONE had on gloves making pizza. I don?t know if this is a broome countything but it?s disgusting. If I knew this was happening, I would?ve never ordered from there.
