This Waffle House needs some SERIOUS attention from upper management. From the server to the cooks. This place was dirty.... Nothing being cleaned, cook using the same gloves to touch raw meat and prepare my food. Didn?t receive my drinks until after myfood. Highly disappointed. Read more

I understand that the world is short staffed right now and I am a patient person. However, Chelsea needs to be fired... immediately. She would not listen to the manager on shift and honestly, she looked high. I commend the patience of the managerand the cook while dealing with the rush and Chelsea's chaotic behavior. They were very short staffed...so we could only order take out. BUT, Clayton was amazing!! He was by himself and took our order... and cooked our food. This is the WORST Waffle House I have ever eaten in. Our server had food particles on her hands, the cooks used the same dirty... rag to wipe down counters, the stoves and the insides of the pans they were cooking in. The floors were dirty, and they didn'tuse any kind of cleaner on the tables or counters. The freezer had uncovered food, the dishes were dirty and no one seemed tocare. This was a fully staffed Waffle House, so that was NOT the issue. I will never eat in another Waffle House after myexperience today. I was horrified. Read more
The absolute worse Waffle House I?ve ever been in, horrible customer service. I had to tell the server to clean the table, which... she didn?t do all the way. I even took a napkin and saw how dirty it was. The server seemed to have no knowledge of what she wasdoing and the cook continuously took online orders instead of our food. We waited for almost 10-15 mins for a menu which theserver never gave us and we eventually had to find where they were and take one. Took her a while just to give us our drinksthen we waited 40 minutes for our food and only received two waffles . Which apparently for 5 drinks and 2 waffles was almost$19, I?m pretty sure I was overcharged. We had a starving toddler and it was horrible that we had to wait so long for just eggs,hasbrowns and easy, fast food. My chocolate chip waffle wasn?t cooked with the chocolate chips, they literally cooked the wafflethen added them on top, not melted in. Management REALLY needs to train their employees correctly. As we were waiting to pay forwhat we did get, there was around 10 people requesting a refund. Read more
