Love Dodges hot wings. But stopped today to get some as I was somewhat nearby. I about had a heartattack when I saw the price. ... 12 wing sections (6 whole wings) 2 potato wedges, roll, and medium drink. $17.75 just can't do that for a single person. Read more
So the staff in this place is super friendly I wish I could give it five stars... But the chicken is just not working. Very... dry, very bland. And the quality vs the price?? is not inline at all. 2 chicken tenders and hash brown $8.30?! As much as Iwant to like this place I just can't. Won't be stopping again. No reason to. Read more
When I saw the store I thought hmm this looks like it might have good ole fried chicken. So I went in to get some, very high... priced too. I don?t mind paying for good food , I got a breast and it was crispy how I like it and the taste was good BUT thischicken is that cheap chicken, like the cheapest you can get , it?s NOT Perdue . I decided to go out of curiosity after passing by several times and reading that old sign... "Dodge's Chicken since 1872" Hmm,... Must be tasty I thought. As I pulled in the giant posters advertising thier chicken tenders began to look like pre-breadedstuff you can find at any frozen food section. I went inside and looked in the serving case. Every thing was fried, bland, & brown. I could tell it had been under the heat lamps for at least two hours . some of the breading had fallen off of therather dull looking chicken and the meat was definitly dryer than a piece of petrified wood. Two potato wedges...... That?s it I guess it was my first time going. And will be my last time sadly. It was not worth the drive... nor the hype about Dodges.... If I would have know I was going to get this I would have gone right next door to KFC..... So muchfor my first experience... I would have to say Dodge store has some of the best chicken around and their egg rolls are pretty irresistible to. Are pizza... rolls are really good and their biscuits are mostly good especially with a little bit of hot sauce. Their wings always the samegot a little bit of hotness to them. If you want breakfast lunch or early dinner definitely stop by here regardless if you needgas but most of the time they're pretty competitive on their fuel prices always. I like the place I've been going to it thereare 30 plus years and my father longer than that.
