I ordered my family's drinks on a mobile phone on a Sunday afternoon. The Venti-size Frappuccino came in a Grande-size... capacity....They didn't think to make it again...I didn't use this branch well because of this disrespectful attitude, and Idon't think I'll use it well in the future. Read more
This Starbucks closes early at 7.30 PM - So be aware of it. First time I tried at 7.25 PM and the orders were closed by then.... Second time I went early, ordered via Mobile. I have a special mention and appreciation for Mr. Ian - he was very helpful withmy online order. This place has good outdoor seating options. Indoor also there are good number of seats. Service is quick.Branded merchandise is some what limited. Everything else is what you can expect from Starbucks. Happy visit! Read more
Tried working here but my computer and papers were blasted with grass clippings by the shopping center landscapers. Understand... that it's noisy but it seemed intentional and most folks immediately left. Starbucks management needs to take up with shoppingcenter! Read more
After entering the location I was not greeted by either employee both at the counter. Wendy was standing up doing something with... the food while Ashley was bending down cleaning the mini refrigerator doors. I walked by the counter area twice to make surethey both saw me however a greeting was not given. I then stood at the counter and finally Ashley said just let us know whenyou?re ready to order. We got off to a rocky start, but her service after I told her I was here waiting because I am ready toorder was good. She helped me pick out my drinks and knew about the store product. Both drinks were made well.... flavorful.Ashley has good customer service, just remember to always greet customers upon entry, no matter what you?re doing. Wendy nevergave me a greeting even after I asked her for a pen, she should also remember to always greet the customers.
