They should tell you that they have a severe delay in delivery time due to driver shortages. They are using doordash drivers.... Waited an hour and half and said on tracker that it was 'preparing' my order for over an hour. I called because we had somewhereto be and said if it would be over an hour longer to cancel my order, and they cancelled. Had to scramble to figure out what tofeed the kids that were over at my house. I understand staff shortages, but just give us a heads up on delivery delays, please! Read more

Food was awesome, staff was polite and friendly and the star of the order was the fresh and hot box of brownies (not to be... missed). Since there are no seating at the outlet, you can pick the food up and have it in the parking which is not crowded.. Read more
I ordered here last week and they quoted a delivery time of 45-60 minutes. They showed up at my front door 25 minutes later,... which was quite inconvenient as I was balls deep in my wife at the time. Pizza was hot and delicious, so I'll give it 5 stars. Read more
We're still waiting on our pizza that was to be delivered about 30 minutes ago. When I called, I was connected to an automated... voice that indicated "we're busy, your order will be filled soon". This Papa John?s just opened and I needed multiple pizzas on a Sunday afternoon . So I called, talk to a living person almost... immediately (whoohoo! This never happens anymore!), who was friendly, personable and extremely eager to be of service. Very verypositive experience in ordering pizza for my church youth group, Awesome delivery driver, they were 100% on time and the pizzawas fantastic?it also disappeared a lot faster than the other place I usually order from! Will definitely be using them in thefuture for all pizza orders?just need to make a mental note to increase my order because they all REALLY liked PJ?s pizza!! Read more
Do not ever order the food here. The garlic bread is not cooked and there is no garlic sauce and the jalapeño knots are burnt.... When I called them to complain, the store manager is very arrogant and just hung up on me without proper answer. Read more
