I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery tonight. It was 17 minutes late and stone cold. When I called mellow mushroom to complain there... was no answer. Now it?s the next day. Mellow mushroom called and offered a coupon and explained their lack of control overDoorDash for delivery. Once we heated the pizzas up last night they were good. The point is pick up your pizzas yourself andthey will be better. We would have done that if we had been able to leave the house at that time. DoorDash is a problem! Read more
This location is different. Ordered multiple flavors of wings. They came plain and soggy, sauce on the side. We called to at... least ask about the sauce not being on wings. They said customers complain about soggy wings so they don?t sauce them. Theproblem is they seal them in plastic containers that don?t release steam and don?t absorb any excess oil (like a pizza boxwould). Wings are still gross and soggy, now also plain. Me and my family absolutely love this place. We?ve been coming here for years. Such an excellent service and atmosphere.... Everything is so clean and food is delicious!!! Everyone is super nice, Mrs. Aida is the BEST!!!! We love her!! She makes usfeel at home. We?ll continue visiting Mellow Mushroom and we encourage everyone to come and visit too. We came here for the first time this week, and what a treasure! We don't usually eat pizza out, instead preferring to take it to... go - but this place is amazing! It's got that casual, but very friendly - regulars come eat here vibe - where you can seefamilies coming after weekend pool days, and moms getting takeout pizza after tennis lessons. To make an interesting and long story short, we found our way to our John's Creek Mello Mushroom today. We had a blast!! One of... us - a literal world traveler - was visiting from California, and the other two of us are from here, but neither had ever beento a Mellow 'Shroom. It was a fantastic experience!! Hannah was an extremely kind, patient, and helpful hostess; and the ownerwas very warm and genuinely friendly!! This location is right next to my gym and me and my friend were really hungry so we decided to eat there. I have had mellow... mushroom many times and it is always good. The food didn?t take too long and our waitress was very nice. It?s the perfectfilling meal after going to the gym at a good price. Read more
