A disappointing experience! This was my first time at Jets. I entered to an empty place and rang the bell. A young man came to... the counter to take my order, while taking my order he is scratching the inside of his nose. My wife had a very specific orderfor her birthday, Detroit style, turbo crust, half buffalo and half bbq with no bacon. When I saw he was struggling with theorder I handed him my phone that stated the order, this took about 5 minutes, 2nd pizza was a large NY style with pepperoni Ishowed him the coupon for $13.99. He rings me up and I realize he charged me $17 for the NY pizza. I requested to speak with amanager, who was very nice and refunded me the difference. The process to order 2 pizzas took 12 minutes. My order was ready 28minutes later, I took the pizza home excited to get my wife her requested birthday dinner...the pizza was wrong it was not turbocrust. Jets you have to do better, train your employees in being sanitary and getting orders right. Read more

I had came in to my surprise the newly renovated store, which looks very high tech and neat. My order was taken by the owner,... who happened to be very nice man and courteous too! He took my order of a deep dish pizza which was made promptly and well. As Ihad to take it to-go, they even included napkins and plates.
