I had a great customer experience. The wait was well worth it. I feel that some of the customers could use an attitude... adjustment. It?s hard enough to own a business and when you deliver grade A Service to customers who think less of you it reallyshows the type of people who work here. I APPRECIATE YOU! Read more
John?s Creek Location. Out of Turkey, so I ordered something else. No big deal. Got the combo which includes a drink. I told the... lady they were out of unsweet tea post paying. She told me, ?sorry we won?t be making anymore today?. It was 1:30pm! She walkedaway, and I was left to pick something else. Clearly not her problem. I ate in the store, and I was the only customer for thelast 10 minutes. Instead of making more tea, the lady sat down to eat her own sandwich. Worst place and worst experience...it was our first time and the 2 employees were so lost, confused, unorganized. We had 3 subs... to order. The girl took the first order and we reminded her that there were 2 more. Messed up our order and had to correct themover and over again. There was just one person in front of us and her sandwich took Abt 20 min before they attended to us. Thegrilled sandwiches had absolutely no seasoning ..awful. one was a vegetarian one and the grill wasn't even cleaned before makingit. Extremely unhygienic. Sandwiches were out on the counter without any paper. And 3 sandwiches cost $43!!!!!!!! What a wasteof money.. accompanied by the worst customer service and ugghhhh food. Read more
Do not even bother trying to save time by ordering on the app. We ordered online at 12:45pm on 6/19. Was told my order would be... ready 12:58pm. Went and sat inside jersey mikes. After 15 minutes went to the counter (1 person in line) to inquire and they hadnot even started the order. I was in a rush and asked them to cancel the order. The person at the counter said he did not knowhow to do it. I had to in the app. The FAQ in the app says the store has to cancel the order. After sitting and waiting longer,they slapped together some sandwiches and threw them into a bag and rudely handed them to me. One of the sandwiches was not evenin a paper bag; just the wrapper thrown into a greasy bag. I just wanted a refund and ended up losing 30 min of my fathers dayand $40 worth of greasy sandwiches. I have pictures of how they were given to me as well. I am so so so so disappointed in howthis was handled! Apparently it was after the lunch rush, but there were multiple tables open for me to sit and wait. They mademe feel like such an inconvenience. Worst jersey mikes experience! Read more
it was my first time for Jersey Mike's and I loved them. Everything is so fresh and good quality ingredients they use.
This is one of my frequent lunch spots during the work week. I usually get the club supreme mike's way. They are always quick... with my order and have great CS here. Place is always clean and I'm usually in and out in less than 5 min. They also have arewards program that will save you $$$ after so many subs.
