Great food, terrible customer service. My husband and I felt intimidated by the guy who took our order.
food was ok. the wait wasn't. ordered 6:45 and was given a 7:25 pickup time. i show up at 7:20 and someone else walked in just... in front of me ordered at the counter and had their food in about 10 minutes. another person showed up after 7:30 ordered andgot their food in around 10 or 15 minutes as well. finally i got my sandwich at 7:50. i understand being short staffed but whereis the priority for people who order earlier. what's the point in ordering in advance if i have to wait an hour for my sandwichbut people who walk in after my pickup time and order get their food before me Read more
This is a generally, most times a very good location. However, the demeanor of some of the staff needs quick improvement. The... young man who took my order there last week looked like he was going to jump over counter and give me a beat down when I walkedup. I asked him if everything was ok...he turned to his friend making sandwiches and chuckled. There is a young lady who worksthere who does a seemingly very good job, but constantly looks disgruntled. Attitude and customer facing service goes a longway, just saying. Absolutely top notch service. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Sandwiches are outstanding!
It is 8:30pm on a Thursday and they close at 9. There are people on the inside and they are saying they are closed. Obviously... they didn?t wanna take my money. Read more

Really unfortunate location. I?ve been here a few times and have ordered both in person and on the mobile app. Regardless of... ordering online or in person, it takes over 30 minutes for the food to be made. This would be understandable at a fineestablishment serving multi course meals, but they are making sandwiches! Now, I have to give them credit? there is never morethan two people working here but still! I?m not sure I?ll be coming back to this location or a firehouse again.
