I really do not like this location as they did not honor the t-mobile Tuesday promotion and the staff is not friendly.
Employee had both head phones in and was very rude and checked out. I in no way felt comfortable or welcomed here
My wife placed an online lunch order yesterday that was supposed to be ready at 11:55. I arrived at that time and proceeded to... wait. After much time passed, I asked several customers that were getting their orders what time was their order supposed to beready. It was well after mine. Finally, 35 minutes later, I get my order. I asked the gentleman why all those orders had beenplaced ahead of mine. He turned around and walked away ignoring me. I walked to the other end of the counter and asked himagain. His response was "a salad takes longer to make. Have a nice day." I then asked for the manager. The cashier asked ifshe could help me. I asked again who was the manager but no one would give me a straight answer. I have been in business for avery long time and would never allow my customers to be treated with this level of disrespect. I am very disappointed inFirehouse Subs and would not recommend patronizing a business that treats their customers in this manner. Read more

When I ordered a sandwich a little after 9 pm tonight from the only place that was open, my expectations were low. I was sure... the bread would be stale, the lettuce wilted, and the employees angry to be there, but I was a hungry man. I was wrong. Theemployees were professional and the sandwiches were hot and ready in less than 10 minutes. It felt like opening a treasurechest when I got home, and it tasted even better than it looked. Came here today around 12:28 p.m. I placed an online order that should have been ready at 12:35. As I walked in and I was... greeted. I waited in front of the online order sign. I saw they were busy behind the counter which is no biggie, I used to workin retail so understandable. What I didn't like is that people that came in after me, received their food before I did. All Iordered was a small tuna sub and a bag of chips, these people were ordering foot-long subs. When the food was ready for thecustomers they would call out their names. My sub order the guy just placed on the rack. I feel that they should haveacknowledged the fact that I was standing there or asked what order I was picking up. I thought it would be rude to walk in andsay " Hey where is my order that I placed online?" but it seems that I should have done that because 2 people that came in 8minutes after I did received their food. 2 stars for the lady that was greeting customers! We placed an online order, which was accepted. By the time we got to the store (8:55, and they close at 9), they had locked the... doors and were cleaning up. I would have been understanding if they hadn't accepted the order, but they left me high and dry. Read more
