Made a simple order of soup, egg rolls, shrimp dumplings and rice and waited 40 min when was instructed 20-25. I came in at 30... and I watch as counter girl pointed it out buried under other tickets. Oh sorry. With no explanation. Poor customer service. Read more
I went inside to order take out as it was a spur of the moment decision to get Chinese food. They were busy but got my order... out pretty quickly. Everything was good. It's easy to spend a lot of money when you're hungry and looking at the menu. Read more

This place is amazing it has authentic food the owner Mei is amazing she makes sure you are well taking care. We were visiting... from NYC and New Haven County and we have no regrets coming to this place . I highly recommend coming here. Read more
No idea how this place is ranked so high because the quality of service/food is just outright terrible and this was a first time... visit. They were way off on the pickup timing, they forgot $10 worth of food in my order and they gave me a hard time on therefund once I drove back to get my complete order. For a second the owner made it appear as if it?s my fault, denied me therefund and slipped free crab rangoons in my order that I never asked for. I had to remind her that gas is expensive (they don?tdeliver btw) and that we already agreed over the phone that I can pickup the misplaced order with a full refund on the item. Iwish I could stop there but I can?t, the rice and noodles were overcooked and it looks like overcooking/mushy food is a themewith this place according to other objective reviews. Unless you order a spring roll, it will be undercooked and cold in thecenter. Unreal. I highly suggest you avoid this place and try your luck elsewhere. Read more

My second time at Mei's!! This time I brought my 4 year old niece and the staff was so friendly to her. We actually got take out... but my niece was so hungry and wanted to eat it immediately - I felt bad to dine in with the take out but they were extremelykind. I appreciate you Mei's Kitchen!! Two stars because the apps were good. Steamed shrimp dumplings and crab Rangoon both were very good. The mains were not. Pad... Thai shrimp had over cooked frozen shrimp and mushy noodles, the pork fried rice was gross. Bad tasting and no Pork. We threw itaway. Read more
