My favorite place for chicken fingers. They?re always fried perfectly. The fried food is never greasy.

Alright, posting because I'm finally sick of this. This is the 10th consecutive time that after ordering extra fries instead of... slaw, I got the same amount of fries, and no slaw. The 10th time that I've asked for extra zax sauce, and instead of gettingextra sauce, the two that are supposed to be in the box are thrown in the bag to LOOK like I got extra sauce. I even make it apoint EVERY time to ask if EVERYTHING I ordered is in the bag, and is there extra sauce in the bag? I've been told yes everysingle time, and after I drive all the way home, to my expectations, no. It's wrong. It's wrong every single time. Fed up.Sick of it. Read more

I dont usually eat at Zaxby's but tonight the family decided to try something different then our usual burgers and fries, or... pizza and it has been amazing. The manager on Duty Kaleb is awesome. They had trainees in tonight and had forgotten my signaturesandwich and fries I came back and he got it remade with fresh chicken and kept up making sure that the other employees knewexactly how I wanted it and that it was made right. Used to be a decent place for good fast food. But recently has been consistently bad. Food has been over cooked, there hasn't... been enough sauce on the boneless wings to even say they were sauced and we've had to ask for Zaxby's sauce that is supposed tocome with the meal almost everytime I've been recently. Boy behind counter was answering phone calls and text while taking orders, also had a bleed on his hand and touched our cups.... Didn?t warn us about only having one cook and it took 45 mins to wait and not even get our food, when we told them they slippedours and started bagging and calling out others so we left and got our money back in the process of doing that they were beingrude and cussing at us and elders. I am outraged with this location. Every time I go it seems like one person is actually working and the rest is just standing... around talking to each other. This most recent time I was able to place my order pretty quickly in the drive thru, but thenafter, I sat in line for no shorter than 30 minutes. I finally went in to cancel my order, and when I did they were juststanding around talking while one cook was making the food with one hand because he was on the phone. Read more

Normally the wait at Zaxby's is horrible but the food always made up for it. Not today...I order a Cajun chicken club meal.... Drive 20 mins home and took a bite of my sandwich only to immediately get sick. It was uncooked slimy cold chicken. That iswhere I draw the line.
