I have frequented here on occasion in the past, but I have seen a gradual decline in service. Currently, I have had to look a... worker in the face twice and ask if anyone is working the register. The worker literally drags his feet to take my order, speakssoftly as if he is drowsy and just got out of bed, like, no motivation... All while the shift manager is sitting back in a chairoff to the side involved in some gossip between coworkers. The time before this, I had to wait behind a person to be served andno one ran the register. I am so disappointed in this place anymore. Sticky floors all the time. No cleaned tables from crumbs.Someone come save this place before it falls. Read more
The lady who took my drive through order needs some customer service etiquette. Just plain rude, her name was Wanda. If you... don't like your job, go home. Short staffed or not, you really need some manners. 10/10 wpuld NOT recommend. If she was myemployee she would be gone! Read more
Always accommodating and good but for 2 things of French toast, and a chicken biscuit combo was $18. Sheesh.
Breakfast was very disappointing; i wanted a sausage egg n cheese croissant and got a biscut .... my husband ordered the... breakfast baconator.... and the bun yes it was on a hamburger bun... was way too big for the breakfast sandwhich. service wasok. not choosing this place for breakfast again. will update if we decide to try them again. Went to the drive through on 6/11/22 @ around 3:25 / 3:35 pulled in there was one truck in the drive through pull up area we... were asked to wait a moment and sat there a good 8 mins watched the young lady bring food to the truck in front of us watchedher go back in the restaurant sat there some more. I said o.k. I'm Ready waited 10 more mins after that go to drive off because18 mins when there is no one else there is unacceptable she finally as I'm pulling off asked if she could help mind you we arenoticeably pulling away so she knew we were leaving and the young lady sitting posted up on the counter in the drive through asif it needed her assistance to keep it standing just ridiculous won't be going back Read more
