The employees here are VERY RUDE and talk VERY provocative!!!! Me and my husband were approached in the parking lot and the way... we were spoke to was uncalled for! I had my baby in my arms and she was cussing us out and threatening us!!! I understand therestaurant next door is having a grand opening and they don?t want people using their parking lot but the WHOLE situation couldhave been handled differently. Diners beware! Avoid this place. The server/waitress Cherish seriously needs some customer service training. Food gets prepared... but sits and waits on counter for server to bring it to table. By the time it gets to you the food is cold and greasy. Cherishjust doesn't present a decent appearance. She has a nasty attitude and disposition. I know you can't discriminate but facialrings isn't professional. I have been in the customer service industry for 24 years. The food inspectors need to inspect theplace. They don't even post their food service grade. Even McDonald's post theirs. This place deserves 0 stars. Read more
My husband and I come here for our breakfast dates. The food is always great and the only waitress we love is always on point! I... want to give a huge shout out to Lori Lea she is amazing. Went there several weeks ago. Only 2 employees, the cook and a waitress. Waitress was very busy but VERY POLITE. Food was... EXCELLENT. This place was amazing. Been there several times since then. Eggs were over cooked with no cheese. Grits were hard. Over easy eggs were hard with no runny yolk. 1 waffle was to dark,... other was light. Tea was Sour. Place needed to be cleaned. Read more
Usually this place is great. But was given two dirty forks. Also the waitress did not inform us of TAP WATER cost $2.25. If... that?s the case, we should have been given water bottle or we could have ordered something else. Just like Biden said it must beRussia fault. Read more
We went at 9:30 on Saturday June 25, 2022. Our server was Nacole. She was good. She told the cook (who I think was the manager )... our food order and she got everything right. He messed up almost everything and then blamed her. He kept arguing with her andbarely let her talk. At one point she just needed him to put lettuce on a sandwich and he was asking a bunch of questions likeARE YOU SURE THEY DON'T WANT ONIONS TOO??? Dude, just put some lettuce on the bread!!! The server shouldn't have to put up withhis bull. Zero stars for that guy. Also, the smallest portion of grits and hashbrowns I've ever seen at a waffle house. Thegrits hadn't been stirred. Read more
