Placed an online order tonight which was supposed to be ready for 8:25. We were 5 min early and the toasted sub was already... cold. Online it only lets you select a small fountain drink for the meal which we paid 2.99 for? when we asked if possible toget a large drink the employee said that we couldn?t do that because we paid for a small?.. Then he told us a large meal is$2.89?? so you?re saying we paid more for a small drink? If there was a difference we would have happily paid the .10 centdifference? His solution was to just keep our small drinks and then buy another drink??? This was not a big issue and could havebeen easily resolved, the customer service provided by this man was just horrible. What can I say, it?s Subway. I haven?t had Subway in about 10 years because there are so many other and better sub sandwich... spots out there, but this was better then what I remember Subway being. Read more

I give five stars because the place was very clean, even the sides of the toilet was clean. Not even trash in the parking lot. ... The service was prompt, and accurate, the vegetables and bread were fresh. Read more

Food was pretty average for a Subway restaurant. Store was decent in cleanliness. The employee however was unpleasant. I felt... rushed to make a decision, not sure why because we were the only customers in the place. Other than that, our experience wasdecent. Read more

I ordered online 01/04 6:50pm went to the store to pick up my food and as I sat in my vehicle and watched customers and the... staff. No one had on masks the employee was laughing over the food. I called to cancel my order bc there were no masks and she(employee) said she didn't have any orders on her screen i said ok cool ended the call and watched her go back to fixing foodwith the sane gloves on. I called the other Subway in Jesup who had my order, and they were changing out their gloves and had onfacemasks. I recorded everything I was disgusted at the previous subway. I will not be entering this restaurant in Jesupanymore. Read more

Pretty good. Honestly, it would have been a little better if I didn't have 25 orders of footlong subs. But the guy was chill and... he just did his job. Very cool. Tasty as well. But my wallet didn't think so, so yeah. Read more
