Waited in line two cars at the window they drive off the car in front of me orders and pulls up I get to the speaker box they... ask me to wait I waited for 5 mins still nothing so I said hello? She goes can you wait I asked for how long and she saysanother 7 mins I asked why with no response.. If you want cold food, a wrong order and attitude from employees, then this is the place to go. Save your money. Tried ordering... chicken tenders, they refused to cook anymore (this is about an hour before they closed), mashed potatoes were stone cold. Iordered a 2 piece all white meat dinner (breast, wing), when I got home I had a thigh and two wings, also cold. This isn't thefirst or second time I've had a bad experience there. Wanted to eat here for lunch today but I was told that they no longer offer the Cajun rice. Ok they have red beans and rice so I... asked if I could get the rice with gravy instead of red beans since I don't like red beans, I was rudely told no that they can'tserve anything that wasn't on the menu. Placed an online order, drove 10 minutes to pick it up, waited in line another 15 minutes only to get to the window and was told... chicken had to be fried.....what???? Was told to pull forward and it would be brought out as soon as it was ready. I waitedanother 15 minutes and knocked on the door to find out how much longer. My food was sitting on the counter, cold. I asked forfresh fries but was told it would be 30 minutes. The kitchen laborer yelled across the kitchen telling me I had better take myfood home and microwave it. I asked their names but no one would share their names. But here is the picture of the one thatthinks it is okay to hand out cold food and have the customer reheat it at home...unfortunately the manager went to the back tohide from the camera.
