I give pizza hut no stars. Tried placing order...it took ,1 hour and 32 mins for pizza hut employee to steal my money($47.06)... and cancel my order! Horrible experience! And all customer service said was...Sorry, there's nothing we can do on our end. Likewhat's the point of customer service? I even asked the representative, what's the point, if they can't help solve my issue...shejust kept apologizing. Well...there goes that. This experience hurt me. I wasn't even offered nothing for my inconvenience-nodrink, no water, no food. Like a good worker or manager would have offered to replace the meal. Just FYI. Read more
If I could give no stars I would. The pizza we got a a few weeks ago was fine. But this pizza we got tonight was terrible. It... literally looks like they threw it together. And there was no sauce on both pizzas we received. Yall do better. Read more
I ordered the spicy double pepperoni and a meat lovers stuffed crust. The staff was professional and my order got done on time.... As you can see on my receipt I ordered double pepperoni, but I don't think they added double pepperoni. I think they addeddouble cheese. It was a minor issue. Both pizzas tasted good. I only recommend the server to repeat the order back to thecustomer when they order on the phone. I will order from here again. Read more
The pizza crust tasted like rubber, the cheese sticks were overcooked with no cheese. The stuffed crust had so little cheese in... ring you could see into it. Not happy at all. We paid over 66 dollars and grocery store pizza would have been better. Read more
I ordered Pan pizza and you were out so I supposedly got a credit on my next visit. We will see. Also the delivery driver just... took the whole amount of money from me and started walking away, not even asking if I wanted my change or anything. He justassumed it was a tip and walked away. That was rude. I never said keep the change or anything of the sort. I also had in myorder for driver to call upon arrival, he did not call. My son happened to be coming home and thankfully saw him and came to getme. But he did not interact with my son, so why did I not get a phone call upon arrival as requested. Ordered delivery for the first time from this location this evening. The food was much later than the estimated time they given... online, but the thing that bothered me the most is I had ordered cheese sticks with extra marinara because that?s the best partto me, and both the containers or marinara smelled awfully sour and had mold floating in them. I tossed the marinara of course,and Hopefully we won?t get sick from eating the pizza. Tried to call the store several times and no one ever answered. Won?teat here again Read more
