It's gone downhill! Everytime we go in there they can't find our order or it's not ready when it says it is. I understand... getting busy... The employees seem overwhelmed and we order double cheese on our pizza which is usually forgotten. I called onceabout it and the wait to get another pizza was longer than I wanted to wait. In my opinion every other pizza place here isreally gross so when we do order pizza we go to Papa John's because they taste better we try to order before the busy times. Read more
I ordered 2 large specialty pizzas online and pre paid online. I got my confirmation email from Poppa John?s with my order... information. Which included a link to the Poppa John?s pizza tracker. The pizza tracker showed that my order was ready to bepicked up. I went to the store to pick up our pizzas. I spoke with the manager. She stated that the order was for her store butthat she had no record of my order. I asked her what can I do to get the pizza I had already paid for. She said the only way, Icould get the pizza was to pay for it again. I said why would I want to pay for the pizza twice. She said you will have to callthe phone # on the Poppa John?s app to get my money back she could not help me. She then said you need to move along I haveother customers. She treated the issue as though it was my problem not hers. The customer service is terrible, I will not be arepeat customer any longer. I will go to Pizza Hut or Dominos from now on. Read more
Papa Johns is the only place I order pizza from in Jesup, GA!! This location is amazing the manager is outstanding n if I ever... have any problems they fix it no questions asked!! I have been using Papa John's for a couple of years now and have only had a couple of problems until last night. I have always... had our order delivered. Last night however, was told I would have to have my address approved my the manager. When I asked why,the young lady said it came up that my address was no longer a delivery point. I guess I will be finding another pizza option. Read more
Ordered many times. Over all very inconsistent. Tonight was quite bad. Frozen pizza is a hassle but it's more consistent, and... average better. Many papa John's all over the country and the one I can eat at when I'm home is the worst I've found. HopefullyI'll try again in a few months and it will be up to the brand average. I miss Marco's. Of all the pizza places in Jesup GA, I think Papa John's is the best, especially their Garden Veggie Pizza, but I like mine a... certain way. I once stopped in to order, then wait for it and have never had a problem. However, two times in a row, I haveplaced an order online and something was missing every time, but I had paid for it at the drive thru window the first time anddid not check it. I returned a couple of days later to get the 3 missing items, the icing in the small cups and the girlapologized, then asked if I still wanted them. Uh....yeah! Well, last week on the 24th of October of 22, I was in the hospitalhaving my left lower leg amputated. When I returned home on Friday the 28th, I thought how nice a pizza would be, so I hobbledto get my phone, placed an order from Papa John's in Jesup GA, placed an order for a large garden pizza, some bread sticks withgarlic, 3 butter garlic butter cups for dipping and 3 ICING cups. This order was delivered, everything except the small cups ofIcing, as this has been twice in a row. People at this store must not know how to READ, but they do know how to charge for eachorder. This order was $40 and some change. So either someone or possibly at least a couple of people at this store do not knowhow to read, or they just plain DO NOT CARE about a customer who has been a loyal customer!!! If this were my store, I wouldread off what was ordered by a customer just to make sure they got what they had ordered and paid for, but every time I havebeen there, they have never read back what I placed an order for. Ya know, it does not take a smart person to check the orderand to make sure these dipping cups are included in an order. Not sure if I will return to this store again, as it is thelittle things which add up to be the big things. Hope someone or at least a couple of people get their act together, IF I goback again.
