If I could give them zero stars I would. In the past I?ve had multiple problems with this store. I have had partially cut... pizzas, I?ve ordered over the phone an hour before arriving and still had to wait thirty minutes due to them only making myorder as I arrived. Well today I ordered online and received my notification message. I arrive at the store and punch in myorder number. Well my order was not on the correct shelf. So I tell the employee and he looks at me as if he had no idea what Iwas talking about. After about ten minutes of waiting he finally finds my order which was on the wrong numbered shelf. I take myorder and go home to find that one of my pizzas was not cut whatsoever. Good thing I own a pizza cutter. I should get a discounton my order due to having to do part of their job. They have lost yet another customer because I am fed up with this store?slack of customer service, lack of attention to detail, and absolutely poor time management skills. Read more
Have good food but let me tell ya they DO NOT know how to answer a dang phone to place dang orders
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! They magically lost my order, told me I could place a new order but had a problem when I wanted anything... other than pepperoni THEN told me they had no way to refund my original order. "You'll have to figure that out on your own".They eventually found my order but they didn't start making it until 20 minutes after it was supposed to be picked up.
