I talked to a total of six employees to get my order right. Which means they got it wrong five times in a row. And four people... couldn't help the first. I ordered a meal for 24.99 they were ADVERTISING to me. I was charged more, and order was wrong, theyfixed my order finally, after almost twenty minutes. However, they didn't refund the money for overcharging, so I asked theemployee if he could give me a drink and we'd call it even.... He said, "I don't know, sir." and then just looked forward. Nowkeep in mind, this entire time, I'm the only customer in there. The food was not good, the chicken was overcooked and I think itwas on purpose, but that's just speculation. As far as facts, if anyone from KFC is ready I have my receipt with date and timefor you to review video and provide training to your employees. Read more

Aweful in every way. I only went here because I was in a rush but when I saw the food I just tossed it and lost my appetite. How... did they even blacken chicken like that in a fryer, something wrong had obviously happened. Staff is unhelpful, incapable andrude. Jesup is a backwater town and this KFC is owned and run by backwater people, buyers beware. Read more
