Driven past Gooeys more than a dozen times, and stopped for the first time today after a round of golf. Food and Service is... amazing! Saw the Greek pizza on the menu and it did not disappoint. Ok, so the building looks like I dropped acid and tried to then paint a still of my trip from memory, and nailed in... "Candice"... is absolutely an amazing artist and id recommend this place just off the atmosphere. The food. Wow, it's really good pizza.The pepperoni they use is top notch, and the bacon on my bacon cheese sticks was homestyle country bacon, done right. The ladywho waited on my family was an absolute delight, she was there when we needed her and was knowledgeable about everything Iwanted to know. Gooeys, move to Cairo, Jesper doesn't deserve you! We got a large "made it our way pizza" and a small cauliflower pizza!! Pizza was good!! Thanks for having cauliflower crust,... Absolutely loved it.. my first and certainly not my last time ..the bacon and cheese bread sticks are the best anywhere!! And... the cheese they use is the best I've found. Waitress was so friendly and told us of things to do in the surrounding counties.Decor is definitely worth stopping by and checking out. Heated up the leftovers. And they were just as good as when I orderedthem. Read more
