Last time I ate Burger King in Jesup it was awfully disappointing. The chicken nuggets I ordered we?re cooked way before I... ordered them and just tossed in the microwave to warm them up. This BK needs to get its act together. Their ice cream machinehas been broken for I know at least 3 years. Don?t recommend at this time but will update soon! Read more
They gave me sour milk to put in my coffee because they were out of creamer. I told the lady and she kept saying she didn?t know... why it curdled like that in the coffee. The tables were nasty, the service sucked. BK can do better. Read more
This Burger King in Jesup is the worst. I use to like going there because the whoopers were actually good, Now it?s nothing but... a disappointment that takes up valuable space that some other fast food joint could be. My husband and I stopped at the Burger King in Jesup Ga and the staff was rude. After about a 5-10 minute wait my husband leaned... on the counter they asked him not to lean on counter but had yet offered to take our order. We drive a semi so it?s not possible for us to go through the drive through but we went to Taco Bell where they were willing to open their doors for us to come intoorder our food. We will never be back at Burger King. We all know the fast food Industry relies on semi?s to get their fooddelivered but are unwilling to wait on a truck driver. Read more
I don?t typically post bad reviews, but this Burger King location has gone consistently more and more down hill. I came through... tonight and ordered, and ordered a bunch of food a long with chicken fries and mozzarella sticks. While I was sitting at thewindow, not even 3 feet away from me with the window open, the girl in the kitchen told the young boy at the window to come andlie to me about being out of chicken fries because I guess they forgot to drop them??? He comes over having to know full wellthat I just heard them, and proceeded to tell me they were out of what I just ordered. I didn?t argue because I had to go towork and told them to replace with nuggets. I got home and checked my bag and they replaced the chicken fries and mozzarellasticks they supposedly didn?t have with a 10 piece nugget, which is what, a couple of dollars maximum? I don?t even want to give one star. This place is ghetto. Yes, I said ghetto. The employees are rude, unprofessional and snappy.... I bought 8pc nuggets for my 4 yr old and they were COLD. They were SOGGY. I asked for another sauce and the employee at thewindow ignored me. When I asked again, she tried to charge me for another sauce and got snappy like I was bothering her.Everyone knows you get 2 sauces with more than 4 nuggets. Then I asked for a manager and as I was explaining to her the wholeordeal she turned her back on me. She did end up getting me a sauce but it was the mannerism that had me heated . I?m a verylenient person, and I try to give grace but this has happened multiple times at this location and I?ve had enough. They have notgotten any better. The order was wrong. The fries were dried up and cold as we asked for onion rings. There was no pickles on the whoppers at all... and we didn't ask for our pickles to be removed at all . The whoppers look like big cheeseburgers with a little lettuce and flattomatoes with quite a few onions. We asked for no mayo on the chicken sandwiches but yet we were given mayo.
