Had a bad experience today. The coffee was way to sweet and I asked them if they could remake my coffee less sweet and they... brought the same coffee out to me (like I wouldn?t notice) and it tasted exactly the same. I threw it out. A waste of money. Read more
I'm giving 3 stars based on the fact that while I was there, no one's order was right including mine. Everyone was very pleasant... and the food was good. I was happy to see that no one gave these young workers a hard time as they were trying and more thanwilling to correct the problems. Read more
Dont order through doordash, always run out of ingredients for your stuff. Gotten much worse after Covid. Inside is closed on... Sunday afternoon. No signs to indicate that they are open. Have to ask if they are open at drive thru, or you'll sit and wait.Will no longer go to DD. Was going 6 days wk. Read more

This is a pretty good Dunkin Donuts in comparison to other locations in the area. The store has a few tables for actually... sitting down if you want. They are always well staffed with employees who are polite and responsive. They are on top of the "OnThe Go Ordering" with the app. Have always been impressed with that. Big downside to this location though is that it is slammedwith customers at peak times and simply does not have the staffing or space capacity to handle it quickly and efficiently. Idon't blame this on the store itself, just the specific building size it is in. The store could easily stand to be doubled inphysical size and doubled in staffing at peak times to accommodate the demand. The drive through line on some days is beyondlong and not even worth waiting for. If I don't use the on the go ordering through the app I just don't go at peak times. Read more
11/29/22 Service is hit or miss. I think they're under staffed. There's one or two people who are great I'm the morning but... that's about it. Went inside for gcs and it looked unkept. 10/10/22 8:30am Morning crew is usually good. I placed a mobileorder today. All the drinks were correct but the bagel bites weren't. I had to wait out front for the correct ones. 2/4/216pm Apparently D crew is working tonight. Mobile order placed 10 mins before arrival. It wasn't ready when I got there. Then Iwatched them make it wrong with almond milk and lie straight to my face when I tell them it's supposed to I have oatmilk. Guessthey've never heard of nut allergies. Read more
