By far this is the cleanest facility, fastest service, nicest managers / employees, and most importantly the food is HOT and... fresh.....way better than any other we have eaten at, and we eat at many locations depending on where we are. We have startedmaking it a point to come to this location, even if it might be a little out of the way from where we might be at the time so wecan get our food the freshest/hottest! Yes, I'm back here again after a few days. Yes I saw the chili burger advertisement on the building at the last location I was... in and yes, I fell for the marketing of "NEW". ???? This a heavy boy, The burger is two beef patties with two slices ofAmerican cheese layered with Whataburger's own beef chili, crunchy corn chips, tangy mustard and crisp onions piled high on atoasted five-inch bun, I subtracted the mustard and added Bbq sauce. ????????????? This is not a burger you eat in the middleof the week. This is not something you eat then just go on back about your day like it never happened. This behemoth of a fastfood burger will slow you down and make you consider some healthier choices. . Call this for short the HumbleBurger. I never had a bad experience at Whataburger in my entire life until today!! After a long day at the hospital we decided to... drive through for dinner at 5pm on 9/26.The young lady taking my order was so rude. I know people may say that alot but I havegotten to know that this company has friendly employees. She was rushing me at the drive thru, repeatedly saying let me knowwhen you are ready, when I paused to clarify drinks , instead of making suggestions or upsells, she was correcting me when Iordered a small onion ring- saying we don't have small sizes, which is true but so rude instead of offering a choice ofmedium,and not listening when I asked to remove onions from my son's burger,and kept saying things to speed up , you want dry, Ido know what dry means, but surley no onions should be clear and didn't ask what dressing I wanted for my salad. I orderedgrilled chicken,they gave me fried, no reciept,no napkins and the onion rings and fries were dumped completely over in thebag,the entire order was cold and the burger had huge hunks of white lettuce and untoasted bread. I had to ask her for areceipt. They only gave me the grill tag on the bag. This is a first and last time I will visit this location. I review alot ofplaces, and regretfully have to be honest about my experience here. I hope that maybe it was just a bad day and not the waythis location normally operates. Read more

I can?t say enough about the Manager and Asst Manager at this location! We went to place a large order for a Celebration of... Life reception because my deceased sister loved Whataburger! They were so kind and understanding of how we wanted to honor hermemory and provided us with everything we needed to make her reception special. If I had to do this all over again, I would goback to this Whataburger location again! They are super and everything turned out beautiful! Thank you a million times overand God bless! Read more
