I got there by 10:35 am, and I ordered a Hot Chai Latte with soy, but instead, the barista prepared a regular milk Chai Latte. I... told him I'm intolerant, so I couldn't take the regular that he had made. So he told me he was doing a new one. So, I waitedmore than 15 min and I sked again for my drink, and he said " I did one, but maybe someone else took it, go with the cashier toask her for another," So, I did it, the cashier told him to prepare anew one, but he never did it. At least I couldn't wait morefor the drink, because by that time I was running late for my job. So I left with no drink!!, I felt stolen. My advice, don'tvisit the one inside the Mall, instead visit the one outside the Mall, near by the Path station. That's much better in all ways. Read more
This place is a great way to focus when doing school work or online classes. I would reccomend headphones since the music and... HVAC System in there can be very loud. Read more
Very bad service. I sat down with my child and my husband at a table for two, on an armchair. We were kicked out by the staff... from this table and they told to sit down at a table for four. Tables and floors are dirty. But one girl from the staff helpedto choose a cup and thanks to her for that. Read more
For the love of coffee!!! Starbucks just isn't what it once was. Gone are the days of baristas who share a passion for coffee. I... arrived at this location to find, like most other stores, that they only have Pikes Place brewed. The sign over the carafeclearly displays my favorite roast but they don't have it. Fine, I'm in no hurry. I'll gladly wait for a pour-over. Well, thevery kind employee taking my money had to ask what a pour-over was. Then she was told by a manager that they could not do it forme. No lie. They refused to do a pour-over. Denied! I am totally disappointed... again. I think it's time for this coffee addictto find a new coffee shop. :-( Read more

This Starbucks is a gem!! 2 thumbs up! I can?t get over how well managed it is. Incredible experience I have every time I come... here which is almost everyday. The team works works in sync perfectly. Professional, courteous, and industrious. I have observedhow they work with patrons?- awesome.
