Very bad experience! I thought Starbucks have policies to let customers seat even without buying but we bought 4 coffees still... won?t let us use washrooms thats insane and inhumane. Might need to complain on their official websites. Read more

They have no salt and pepper. When I said every Starbucks has it, the lady working there rudely replied: We are... different. Also, they don?t have restrooms for customers but the door doesn?t say ?Employees Only? This is not the first rudeencounter though. I?ve always had this behavior from employees working here. Staff member (young short hispanic woman with glasses) was rude and disrespectful. I came in for a mobile order and asked the... male barista if my mobile order was ready and he wasn?t sure, which is fine. He also doesn?t say the names of who?s order isready or says it in a very low tone. So I later checked the label on one cup for my name, which is what I?ve done at everystarbucks. I was told by with an attitude by the woman not to touch the cup or that she will have to redo the whole order. Keepin mind, their cup holder is also covering the label. How else do I check if it?s my name? I wouldn?t want to pick up the wrongmobile order and there?s no one near the mobile orders to even ask since they?re understaffed. They also aren?t clear whichsection is for ?delivery orders? or ?mobile orders? since they?re next to each other yet she gave me an attitude about melooking at the ?wrong side.? This has been the worst service I have received at any Starbucks tonight. The other staff members Ihave been attended from a few months ago were much nicer. Please train your staff member to be more respectful and nice tocustomers. Service was also slow. She didn?t seem to be doing anything yet had a lot to say :) Read more

This is the worst Starbucks ever. The employees make fun of you and don?t give you what you ask for. What I ordered and what I... got were two different things. If you are a coffee person you?d know the difference between a latte and macchiato! Read more

Coffee is fine but not worth the wait. I have to order my drinks a half hour ahead for them to be on time. At 10:05, they were... still on the 9:35 drinks (over heard). As somewhere that many people stop at on their way to work or to exchange place cominghere has consistently made me late. It would be quicker to walk in & order than place a mobile order (defeats the purpose).Either hire more employees or fix the system. Read more
