First time near Exchange Place and YOU have to go! It?s the cutest little spot with amazing Turkish food. The Kunefe is to die... for. IT WAS FIRE!! The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. Ali made us feel welcomed andgave us an amazing experience. Read more
I have been here twice and it was very pleasant both times. The first time I went with my boyfriend and we got typical lamb gyro... fare and it was all delicious. At the end we were stuffed but the waitress gave us complimentary rice pudding so we ate that tooand loved it:) The second time I went I was adventurous and got the babaganoush which was not the best, but better than manybabaganoushes I have had in Jersey. The shepherd salad was a perfect way to start the meal and we shared it between five friendsas an appetizer. The eggplant casserole I ordered was amazing and the portions here are huge. I believe I split this into threeseparate meals. This night I had to order take out for my injured boyfriend at home and they had no problem taking a separateorder and bringing it out right at the end of our meal. Wonderful service in my opinion. I ordered a Turkish coffee before mymeal and the waiter brought it with a little chocolate! Delicious coffee as well. Next time I'm in Jersey City I'm going tofind my way here again for sure. We LOVED the experience here! The food was INCREDIBLE! We ordered the Shepards salad, stuffed eggplant and knafeh, each dish was... amazing, my favorite was the stuffed eggplant. The service is warmly and welcoming, very attentive. Our lovely server, Ali, madesure we enjoyed all of the food and the entire experience.
