I ordered blueberries pancakes and water and coffee. This little girl never came back to check on if I needed anything else but... made sure to talk to other people. I really needed more water seem like she was too lazy to come to my table knowing you seeglass no water. The staff was terrible and didn't even give me a receipt because they knew it would identify the waitress. Nevercoming back can't stand JC people. Read more

Food was great! My only issue was that this is a place of business, which should go hand and hand with professionalism.... Waitresses or employees in general should understand this and be more mindful of the conversation and language they are using.Families come here, kids...there is a time and place for everything, and at a business establishment (any business ), employeesshould refrain from inappropriate conversations and language, people want to come eat and enjoy their food, not hear personalconversation between you and customers. Just the other day I said, ?IHOP is just that, IHOP, nothing spectacular?, today I eat my words! Not because I found a... spectacular IHOP, but because today I saw substandard service at its best. My Turkey Bacon was limp, lacking crunch & tasting asif it was straight out of the microwave, to be honest, I?ve made Turkey bacon in the microwave that was 10 times better.Although my pancakes were nice & fluffy, I didn?t really care for them, they were a tad bit dry & kept sticking to the roof ofmy mouth. My favorite thing was my hot chocolate because I asked that it be made with milk. The syrupy bottle was disgustinglysticky, dirt & had food particles under the flap (see pics), I dare not use that. As for the service it was just mediocre. It?sthe little things that count, I know I may sound petty to some, but part of good dining experience is the little things, likecleaning down the syrupy bottles, checking on your guest to see how the service is or if they need anything; making sure theirfood is okay; you get my point.
