Never order online. Your order won't even be looked for a half hour then the staff will finally start deciding if they will... start your order. I ordered online at 8:02pm and it said 6 - 11 mins. It took over 45 mins for me to get the order. I canunderstand an extra 10 to 15 mins if they get backed up but this is unacceptable. Worst five guys service I've ever had. Read more
Today the burger was wack ...my cheese wasn't even melted on it. Idk why it was so cold. The bread was hard. I didn't get a lot... of fries with my order. Won't be ordering from here again any time soon. Read more

Not many people use it inside, feel relaxed and comfortable?
If you have been to Five Guys before, you will know what to expect at this one. I was a bit worried because there was a sign up... that said "we are short staffed". However, for a Friday night, there was little to no wait. Staffers were friendly, restaurantwas clean. Order was accurate and (according to family members) everything tasted great. Definitely recommended if you arelooking for a mid-range priced burger and fries. Read more
