The one who made my order has an attitude just because I asked for a drink with no ice saying it?s useless and a waste of the... drink. Very rude. It?s not her order, she?s not the one paying for it. Make it as ordered or don?t work in food service. Read more
The morning staff on 8/10 was extremely nice even though the store was packed. They realized I was standing next to the pick up... area so they were checking on my order without me asking. It?s little acts that makes a customer happy! Read more

I was in town with my family and needed some quick coffee and munchkins. I was in a hurry so I didn't have time to process what... happened but the workers intentionally put 11 munchkins in the 10x munchkin cups in front of the register. This results inalmost $1 I'm extra charges as they ring up the solo munchkin separately. This was organized and performed intentionally. Thecashier didn't count the munchkins, she just knew. Sure enough, 11 in the 10 cup. Trash move. Read more
Just no! Go to the one on greene st. This one is trash, they are messy and disorganized. They don't make drinks right at all.... They don't tell you when they don't have your order and just replace with something else hoping you won't notice. Customerservice is 0, there's just one girl that's helpful, she's a twin. Small Donkin Donuts that serves coffee, munchkins and the usual donuts you'd expect to find at this chain. They are pretty quick... at filling up boxes of joes, but I suggest you pre-order half an hour in advance if you want to be on time for a coffee meeting.Although i'm not a big fan of donuts, they do have great breakfast sandwitches, such as sausage, egg & cheese on a sesame bagel- yum.
