Always out of speciality milk for more than a week at a time. Certain mornings you have to wait literally 20-45 minutes for your... order. They cannot handle their business at all when it gets busy. They close their mobile app service and forget to put it backon certain days. They close early on sunday nights and still allow you to purchase food and drinks and tell you to come backanother day to get them. Today I ordered two lattes at 8:30 on the mobile app. It's now 9:22 and I'm still waiting. I had to askthem what happened to my order for them to start making it. Unreal. This is the last time I come here. I had enough. Going towalk a little farther to Summit Ave but totally worth it. Getting coffee to start your morning is supposed to put you in a goodmood. Staff was really friendly. Drinks were so-so. So many people waiting to get drinks. We got 1 drink here and there instead of... getting our drinks all at once. Didnt really enjoy the Blue Raspberry Coolatte...ended up buying a Vanilla Bean Coolatte. Donuts are ok. Read more

Every time I order the avocado bacon toast every where else they put a reasonable amount of bacon because you?re paying extra... for it. But here every time I order this it seems they don?t have enough bacon. Terrible service Read more
This is the only location I have ever been to that refuses to put almond milk in their frozen drink machine. They claim that... it?s due to allergies; however, a lot of people have an intolerance/allergy to dairy yet they still put dairy in the blender.They offer the options of dairy milk, oat milk, or coconut milk for frozen drinks. All of which people also have allergies to.An estimated 2% of people in the US is allergic to tree nuts. Approximately 65% of the population has a reduced ability todigest lactose. How does it make sense to ban almond milk!? It does not. Do better. Maybe you could wash the blender betweencustomers? You?d think that would be standard procedure anyways. But no now I just have dairy residue in my drink from the Karenbefore me. Do better. Read more
September 2nd at 9pm. This DD is the worst. The worker there disrespected my brother when he asked if they were given free... donuts at the end of the day and called him crazy. She made really bad drinks and the treatment was very poor. The place isextremely dirty and one of the workers there was eating the donuts while working with her hands without gloves on in the midstof this pandemic. Neither of the workers there were wearing masks. This is by far the most disgusting DD I?ve been to. Theyrefused to change the drinks that the didn?t make properly. Read more
My favorite dunkin ever, everyone here is very friendly and they remember they're regulars
