The workstaff not too great but everything else is good.
Every cup of coffee i buy from here is always wrong! And on top of that, im always given the nastiest attitude by most of the... employees (the women). If i ask them to fix my drink, they look at me as if they wished me dead. tonight they had to fix mycoffee 3 times and every-time i still got a cup of milk and sugar instead of the coffee i asked for. I just threw the wholething out to not deal with the people who work there. They are miserable and it?s too obvious. would give negative 5 stars if icould. Read more
THE MOST HORRIFYING DD/BR EVER!! This store has the worst and most uncooperative staff that we've ever experienced. We asked for... a kiddie scoop for my child, but they forced me to take the "single scoop", even when the "kiddie" size is in their menu. When Icomplaint, they gave us the melted ice-cream. I had to take it because I didn't want to make a scene in front of my kid. Just abunch of greedy and horrible people! My experience has been so unpleasant that I am forced to write a formal complaint to theDD corporate about this store and their mannerless staff. Read more

This is one of the worst dunkin donuts I have ever been to. In fact, I have worked for dunkin donuts for 2 years. The staff is... not friendly and did not satisfy me with my order of bagel twist toasted with butter. First, the did not slice the bagel and putbutter. Secondly, He offered me cream cheese on the side instead of butter. After that, I got my coffee with a HAIR on it. Themens bathroom was so nasty and smelly that I could barely use it. I would never come back at this place and would suggest mycolleagues to not visit this store. Read more
