They will steal your money. They secretly charge you more than the displayed price and will avoid giving you the receipt so you... won?t notice. Very rude and the staff billed us extra! After asking , she started arguing and told us the combination we ordered would also... come up the same amount.. After showing the display board she accepted. obviously the coffee tasted really bad because she wasnot happy. Read more

The staff here are not very nice and they are frequently out of things. They seem to have an attitude about their customers that... interferes with providing food & service. I stopped there recently because I was in the area, and they DO have a parking lot,which is a big plus in Jersey City. The counter clerk and the manager were both in a snit because the previous customer paidwith a swipe card (for one coffee), and they were apparently unfamiliar with how that works. While I was standing waiting toplace my order the clerk ran out of the building while the manager stepped to the counter and began messing with the register.He acted as if I wasn't there. The clerk came back with the customer, who very nicely apologized and reswiped and everything wasfine, so the clerk finally took my order. They had maybe 4 choices of donut, this is the middle of the afternoon. No oneapologized for making me wait. I paid and left and probably won't go back. There are many Dunkin Donuts and a Krispy Kreme inJC, so I don't need to go to a place where they think customers are a bother. Read more

Menu is same as every other DD store. Very small sitting area, so take out is better. Wait time takes longer in the mornings... from 6am to 8am, then service time is quite brief afterwards. Read more
