This is my favorite place to get KY coffee. The employees are so respectful and kind. They can identify my voice through the PA... system. I come there faithfully because of the way Im treated. The people that work there are nice, however they allow addicts and peddlers to sit outside the store to harass the actual... customers. It makes people not go to the store and just go to the other one in McGinley Square. Them again, this whole area isinfected with them. Read more

One of my favourite moments on my way to Manhattan, is to stop at this Jersey City?s Dunkin Donuts... to have a perfect morning Iced Matcha Latte, always served with smiles. This is a medium signature latte. Ordered at at 7:46 am. Pic taken at 8:06 Before taking a sip. I?m sure there was whipped... cream but that?s not the problem. This is a medium but only half full. Ask for no whip! Or tell them very little. They gaveme half latte half wip. 3 stars because it taste fine and the line moved fast for the length. Update. 4 stars. This is usually my go-to location because I always get fresh doughnuts and coffee and the customer service is outstanding... especially from the older male that sometimes works the drive thru.Today?s experience was a bit different. Although the servicewas on point, the product was not. I ordered a medium decaf coffee light and sweet and even though it was the coffee I ordered,it was not made correctly. There were chunks of ground coffee sitting at the bottom of my cup ! Unbelievable. I?m being verygenerous and giving 3 stars because my experiences are usually great so please do not make this mistake again ! Read more
