I ordered a late night snack like I usually do with Uber Eats and was completely appalled to see the result. Not a single menu... item arrived as ordered for this meal of around $30. The assorted mix of donuts was nowhere near the specified list. I gotstrawberry cream cheese instead of plain. My munchkins were replaced with Boston Creme donuts. One of my bagels wasn't the typeI requested. And to add insult to injury, the store never even contacted me to let me know they were out of anything or neededto replace an item. As a 24 hour Dunkin, I would think that someone would be available to explain, but no. If you're readingthis, you should be extremely weary of ordering at this Dunkin past midnight. Regularly visit this location stopped by tonight at 8 pm est only to be told their ovens were off and when I tried to order a... coolata multiple times the cashier kept repeating back that I wanted an ice coffee which I did not.
