I come to this specific chipotle almost two to three times a week. For the most part never had any complaints , aside from the... rice being undercooked from time to time. Today I visited order my burrito the employee added half a scoop of rice ( as a formeremployee I also know what a full portion looks like), I asked can I get a little bit more she adds a spoon full I asked a lilbit more please she says I?m going have to charge you for extra rice, confused I replied I will not pay for the extra rice . Shesaid yes you will , at the end of my order she tells the cashier I had extra rice. I asked to speak to manager who then told meyou don?t have to pay for it but we will charge you and dismissed me in a passive aggressive tone. There was a time wherecustomers came first, but clearly things a ran differently there to go back and forth with me over a half of scoop of rice isinsane, keep in mind the manager did not even check whether or not I had extra rice. If this was a matter of saving the storemoney not only is the burrito I did not purchase thrown out therefor loosing more money then the sale of that extra rice but Iam no longer going to that chipotle. Miserable service is pretty accurate, at least from my experience today. There's some great workers here, don't get me wrong,... but the one woman who served me (I won't name her here, though corporate was already notified) was extremely rude. I asked forvery little sourcream and she proceeded to give me a huge portion to the point it was leaking out the sides of the burrito. Ipolitely said excuse me I asked for a little bit, could you please take some off? She said nah I can't do that. When I said wellyou gave me way too much and I'd like you to remove some or remake it if possible, she straight up ignored me. I continued totalk to her and she packed the burrito as if I wasn't even there. I brought it up to the cashier and he gave me a blank look andjust asked for the payment. Naturally I should have walked out but I was running on short time before a travelarrangement. When I opened the burrito the entire thing fell apart in one soggy mess.
