This store is just a joke. There are MULTIPLE times that their food didnt come with any sauces. Wow. I ordered two full meals... and there should be more than 10 packs of sauce. Not a single one. Food is just inedible without sauces. Read more

The food and shakes were great. Customer service was lousy? Discount for service men & women is advertised. I once received... veterans discount. I returned for the great sandwich and peach milk shake. The crew manager told me ?we never give discounts toveterans, maybe on July 4th. However, she stated discounts for police and fire fighters. Staff is nice. While we were standing next to the line in order to get a closer look at the menu board, he offered us to order... through his mobile device. Got a set of classic chick-fil-A chicken sandwich and another set of grill chicken sandwich. Grillone taste less guilty yet remain delicious! Nuggets are hot and crispy. Every item in my order was either missing or incorrect. The delivery took about an hour and a half (I live 10 minutes from this... location). Getting a refund is not easy. You have to call a call center and they will refund you for the price of the items netof tax and delivery charges. So essentially, I paid $14 to miss lunch. I love Chick-fil-A and their service is usually 5 star,but this location needs some work. Read more
