I enjoyed the absolute BEST Italian herb and cheese black forest ham sandwich I have ever eaten at a Subway in my life! it... was beautifully made with the perfect amount of topping and it had the most deliciously baked bread I have ever eaten! No Iwasn't starving. It was just amazing perhaps it was the fact that the bread was just fresh? It was soft, moist and wellbalanced with flavor. I'll definitely be back! Read more
I went with a coworker while in the area. There was only one employee at the time, which was terrible for her. She needed a... second employee working with her as not only did she have walk in and drive through customers, but had to do a 136 (or so) bulkorder as well. But she was very polite, efficient, and well organized. Actually she was in good spirits despite hersituation. Clean restaurant and great location. Just hope that they can get and keep more outstanding employees like the ladyfrom the day that helped us. Read more
A subway with a drive-through sounds like a good idea. Until there is only one person working inside and the people in the... drive-through keep getting priority over the people waiting inside. Over 20 minutes to get a sandwich and the person behind thecounter was very unpleasant. Read more
The worst customer service from a Subway employee we have ever experienced. It was very clear through her attitude that she did... not want to be there, and 100% did not want us there...even though it was 1:40pm... And not closing time. But we quicklyrealized, as she finished starting our last sandwich, that she was most interested at getting to her smoke break. She wasn'twearing a name tag, so I don't know who she was, but she snapped at our children so aggressively when asking our orders, that itscared them. All of us felt uncomfortable, and questioned if we should leave. She was rude, aggressive, impatient, and visiblyangry and spiteful. Future potential customers... Watch out!!! Read more
The place was easy to find and it had plenty of parking. The place was clean inside and outside. The staff was friendly and... helpful. The service was pretty fast. The meatball sub was awesome. My wife got a veggie and she said it was okay. The cookieswere stuck together in a mush. The prices were a little higher. The bathrooms were clean but the hand dryer didn?t work verywell. Attendant/ server just walked up to the counter and just looked at me... No greeting no how can I help you. We just stood there... looking at each other, finally I said "how are you?" Not one word was uttered from her, so I ordered and was about to pay whenthe machine asked if I wanted to tip her! Lol hard No! ZERO customer service Read more
