Fries were cold and soggy burgers were cold . Employees standing around swearing hats backwards. No coke no Dr pepper when asked... the manager to correct the order he stated let me do my job . He seemed like it was inconvenient to talk to us .Employeessnickered back and forth about us while we stood and watched them make the correction. As well as untensils being dropped onfloor. I hate to take a star from this but I have a reason. The food was great, as normal, but the restaurant wasn't very clean.. I'm a... big germa-phob, to which I deeply apologize for. Maybe work on making sure the place is clean! And of course it gets busy whichis normal for a great restaurant, but maybe take my review into consideration! Keep up the great work guys! Read more

The bathroom is gross, trash and toilet paper all over the floor. The tables in the play area weren't wiped off and the door was... covered in handprints when entering. The area where the soda machines are has trash so does the carpet right in front of it. Wesat in the play area for 20 MINS after ordering our food and they wouldn't bring it out to us. We went up and got it and theysaid it's BEEN ready and they kept calling our number.. they weren't busy AT ALL. Not very observant are they? Probably THEWORST BK I've EVER been to. Sad. Read more
As much as the one star I should?ve gave it a 0. My experience here was just the worst. I had my hopes of getting a meal here,... Tuesday 5/24/22 I went to this location in Jerome 2785 S Lincoln Ave through the drive thru at 10:40pm (location closes @11) Afemale proceeded to greet me & let me know she would be with me in a moment, I said thank you & literally waited there until10:50 & I said ?Hello? & nobody answered me so I waited until it was 10:55 & I just got frustrated that nobody acknowledged thatI was there so I left because I know once the clock hits 11:00 they will obviously tell me ?sorry we?re closed? We had to clean our own table in the dinning area and we were the only one's in there. There were at least 4 people standing... behind the counter. The fries tasted like they were sitting for about an hour. The spicy chicken had hardly any spice. The werefast but that affected the quality of the meal. The restrooms also needed attention. Sat in driver thru for 10 minutes and never got my order taken. I went inside and finally got my order placed for my kids dinner... and it was cold and the fries where soft and soggy. Will not be going back! Read more
