Had a horrible experience to nite.Didnt have there fish sandwich ok .Had ordered a taco salad ...as I was eating I noticed at... the middle had all this rotton lettuce. And Costly and not worth it. The table surface was dirty. And the place in generaldidn't look keeped up with . I should of requested a full refund but felt I had consumed 1/2 and it would of been taken thewrong way. I did bring it to the managers attention and wasn't very helpful ...Just saying can I get u something else. Well Ijust wasn't into any thing and lost my appetite . Was going to contact head quarters. To let them know .But misplaced myreceipt .All this for $9.00+with my total bill being $19.00 with my quest .I realize it's far from being fine dinning...I wontbe visiting that location any time soon. We have been going to this Wendy's regularly for years! But today an employee was sweeping dirty soap water with chunks of... grease while food was being prepared. The fry cook walked through this sweeping with a bag of fries to put in the fryer. Askedto talk to the manager and the managers response was "you don't have to eat it" and "it's not a rule". The place was quiet as it was 11:00AM. The staff was great. Our food came out in a minute and we were concerned it could be... cold. . It was piping hot and wonderful. Not usually a fast food person,, but the made me a believer ! Read more
Went there last night. Never had a problem before till now. I did a mobile order. I get home and notice they never gave me my... 4th bag which would of been the kid?s meal. So I rushed back to Wendy?s. The little Spanish lady I guess is the manager kepttrying to convince me they gave it to me and said ?i packed 2 kids meals? ok well I only got 1 so it wasn?t me. She acted likeshe wasn?t believing me which was pretty upsetting. Than finally she agreed to give me my kid?s meal. I waited a total of 8minutes which by now my other food I got from them which had been sitting in my car was cold. (I had brought it all back withme) but I wasn?t told they would replace my cold food. At this point I was tired and just wanted to get home. Also they putstickers on our cups where the straw goes? Never seen them do that before but it made it so none of us could put straws in ourdrinks. When you peeled the sticker off it left half the sticker still stuck to the cup. Very disappointed I been going to thislocation for years and have done mobile ordering several times. Read more
T-mobile Tuesday's ????and Wendy's???? had cheeseburger promo "buy one???? get one????". So my daughter and I were going to... split 2 burgers ????????with a fry???? and a coke, ????. -The young gentleman???????? at the register???? was great to workwith, unfortunately, human resources????????did not work with the employees??????????????????????????????to extend the knowledgeon how to work with the customers who arrive with the Wendy's ???????????? app and can extend help with the application.Fortunately the manager ????????????? was able to use the key????????? card of power and over rule and discount the 2nd burgerthat was unable to be used from the application. 10/10 for the service I received.????????????????? 8/10 for the large friesthat came up short in the bag.???????? 7/10 for my burger???? 7/10 for the 2nd burger (Daughters rating)???? 10/10 Thecoke selector ( Cherry+Vanilla Coke) ???????????? Worst breakfast ever. These were advertised as being made fresh to order, I've had gas station reheatables fresher then these... sandwiches. They were so bad, I couldn't finish them. Cold, bland, and dry. Seasoned fries we good. Don't bother trying it. I now know why Wendy's previous attempts at breakfast failed... Read more
Drive-thru. Employees were all very nice. But, the chicken nuggets tasted like they had been tossed in old oil and the fries... were cold. They need to have fresh food. The burgers were good. I couldn't go back I was late for an appointment. I might trythem again and update my review if food is better. Read more
