As much as my family and I enjoy the food and smoothies, customer service needs to be improved. Our orders, whether by carry out... or delivery, have consistently been missing items. Today I discussed this with one of the employees, and they wouldn't even takeaccountability for the mistakes. Instead, they recommended that I double check my order. I can certainly do that, but it doesn'taddress the root of the issue. They should take the time to ensure each customer's order is correctly fulfilled. I'm trying pretty hard these days to give hospitality and retail a break...nothing is going to be 100% perfect until workers are... compensated correctly. However, the food from this Topical Smoothie location, specifically, is just horrible. Today, forexample, I had a quesadilla that was overstuffed and warmed up just enough to make it all nice and slimy. Went straight intothe trash. The smoothies, as always, were just fine. But those are also hard to do wrong. We'll give this location anothertry in 2023...maybe what's not working will be identified and corrected by then. The location down the highway by the Best Buyis much more consistent, and we'll make the extra trip when jonesing for a Pomegranate Plunge. Read more

As a formal Tropical Smoothie employee, my opinion on working at this certain location as a so-called "Shift Leader" was... dreadful. Our bosses would make minors work 40 hrs with no breaks until they just can't take it anymore. Parents would call the"boss" and try to explain their child's frustrations but with no resolve. I on the other hand could not accept the way our"boss" was treating these minors so I decided to quit yesterday. I had my own share of disappointments working there as afull-time employee myself since January 3 2022. But, the way our "boss" treats these teenagers, weighed wayyy to heavy on myheart. I've made better salads at home; the lettuce was dry, not enough dressing was given and the toppings were bland. The smoothie on... the other hand was tasty and huge, definitely get your monies worth there! There was a long wait time, nothing against theworkers, they were hussling, just had trouble keeping up with the orders coming in online and in person. I would come back forthe drinks but not the food. Read more

Won't be returning unfortunately, came a few weeks ago and everything was perfect, Currently standing and waiting on my order... which is taking 15 mins for one smoothie. Why? Because it seems as though the employees here are overworked. Currently there isone young lady behind the counter doing everything and I can hear her coworker in the back talking and not assisting. Not sureif she is on break or not but it is unfair. There needs to be more staff and a manager on site. This is ridiculous... Alsoacknowledging customers when they walk in is definitely a must. Regardless of the overload it is important to let your customerknow that you will be with them shortly or as soon as possible. Read more
