I am sadly writing this post because after working in this plaza for 15 years I have seen staff come and go at this local... subway. However , the new husband and wife just seems to nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING. Today was the last straw. 20 minsago I purchased a drink ( I work directly next door )then went in for a refill. Thinking I would be a refill charge. Seeing howwe are short staffed I can?t eat my sub in THIER store .. I just sneak out grab a sub and eat in between customers. I was toldthat now I?m being a nuisance and would not be welcome into he store again. I just asked ? if I ate my sub here would I get afree refill ? he told me yes. It?s more of a principle thing .. Not only myself but our WHOLE STORE comes in DAILY to getdrinks, subs or cookies. I?m sure we will outlast this crew like we have the ones previously but the owner should be aware ofthe cut throat business they are displaying. Maybe the lady smoking out front in a chair should?ve been my first sign to stayclear ?. Sticking with Publix from now on. I will walk to the end of the plaza to get a drink now ???? Read more
WORST SUBWAY EVER !! BATHROOM CLOSED AT NIGHT REALLY !! WHY is a restroom Pre-Closed ?? Because the lazy employee doesn't want... you to use it, because he will have to clean it !! The owner was contacted and there was no concern on his part,,,,,typical,,,go to the Subway in Prima Vista Crossing Plaza much cleaner, employees are very courteous and friendly and therestroom is open during business hours !! Everything for the most part was great, staff were super friendly. I ordered a tuna sub with cookies. One of my cookies was... great, but the second one tasted really off. I took my first bite and noticed a weird chemically taste, and once I tasted it asecond time, I could taste what was like someone sprayed some cleaning solution all over it. I had to spit it out. The worse experience ive ever had at subway. The sandwich artist was rude and sloppy she bearly put any meat on my steak and... cheese and when I asked her to please fill the sub up to the standard she said I had to pay more money for a sandwich I wasalready spending $9 dollars horrible experience please dont go to this subway and avoid the sandwich artist Ally she has glasseson never will I go there again. Typical of Subway chains. Clean and friendly service. I appreciate the coupons. Food was fresh and make table kept clean.... However there was a new employee who was less than professional engaging in inappropriate conversation with coworkers whilemaking our sandwiches. Read more
Always dependable. Very good food. The standard in sub making. I personally always order tuna with spinach leaves,tomato,onion... and cheese on a multi-grain roll. You can get creative and try any combination of ingredients. The staff is always friendly andrespectful. Read more
