By no means is Ristorante Corleone is a typical “Italian” restaurant. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem. It’s a cross... between fine dining which wasn’t very fancy however once you walk inside they make you feel like Family. Thankfully we made areservation and we were greeted and were sat promptly. The server assistant shared banter with us and took our drink ordersalong with advising us of the daily specials. We opted for one of the Specials that the server said it was her favorite, trustme it didn’t disappoint my husband: BATTUTO DI VITELLO ALLA PARMIGIANA 12-14oz breaded, fried bone-in veal chop topped withtomato sauce and fresh buffalo mozzarella. Side of pasta with tomato sauce. We also ordered the FETTUCCINE ALL'ASTICE EGAMBERI Fettuccine with 1/2lb lobster tail and shrimp, red homemade lobster sauce. The lobster tail was huge, buttery, anddelectable. We will be eating leftovers for dinner tonight. The meals came with a basket of tasty bread and it wasn’t twopieces lol For dessert we had 2 cappuccinos and PROFITEROLE Puff pastry filled with delicate Chantilly cream covered withchocolate. They were made to order and it was like eating Chocolate puffy clouds. This we devoured and I’m not even a sweetseater. Mangia Mangia!! We had driven by this restaurant a multitude of times and ordered pizza when they used to offer it. Whatgravitated is was the statement that Chef Luca put out that he would not compromise quality even with rising costs across theboard with gas, food, etc. he will actually mainstream his menu which was still intense along with lowering prices. Enjoyed a phenomenal meal here with the family. The food was was more of a well crafted culinary experience than anything else. ... The flavor of each item on the dish was paired perfectly to enhance the others and the presentation of each plate was visuallystunning. The staff was friendly, very informative, and the live music was a wonderful touch to further wnhance the evening.Bottle service was available and allowed our table to enjoy our own selection of wine from home. I will honestly admit I wasblown away and did not expect to have such a fine dining experience after judging this fantastic place from the outside prior tovisiting. Never judge a book by its cover! If you want a fine dining experience and enjoy truly authentic Italian cuisine,then make sure to get a table at Port Saint Lucies BEST Italian restaurant. DO NOT EAT HERE! I came here with my parents for a nice meal. It ended up being an awful experience. My partner ordered the... steak and it had to be returned twice due to it being dark red when he asked for medium. His 3rd steak came out 45 minutes afterthe rest of us ate, and it was still red. The restaurant and chef refused to comp more than the stake even the partner had toeat his steak at 9:15PM and it was still dark red. The chef came to us and was unapologetic and aggressive and it was all aroundan awful experience and completely overpriced. The waiter did his best to try to make the situation as best as he could, but Ido not recommend this place and highly suggest people stay away from this. It's totally overpriced, and the steak is anembarrassment. I almost never write reviews but felt compelled here because it was such a terrible experience. Read more
Our family made reservations for 7 of us for our Daughter's Birthday celebration and we couldn't be happier! The service was... impeccable and we didn't want for anything! The food was outstanding, fresh and great portions! The garlic bread is made inhouse and the BEST we've ever had! They even went above and beyond with the Birthday cake we brought in, singing happy birthday,making it a wonderful, intimate celebration!
