9:05pm and they tell you at drive thru speaker that they have No nuggets No tenders or No sandwiches everything they don?t want... to cook before closing this was my SECOND Popeyes I tried to visit and they are saying the same thing if they stop cooking 1hrbefore closing I wonder when is the last time they dropped fresh chicken. I had to wait for over 30 minutes to be able to place my order in a restaurant that was not overly busy, (There were only two... families ahead of me. It then took another 7-10 minutes to get my order and leave. I will not be returning to this particularPopey's again. Read more

A little dirty but in their defense they were in the middle of cleaning up. However, should keep your facility spotless and... clean as you go. Counters were dirty and so was thr soda machines. The staff wasn't very friendly or welcoming other than theone guy at the cashier who seemed like the only one who cared about customer service. Manager came out to fix an issue with themachine and she looked absolutely like she hates her job! Employee came out of the bathroom and went straight to the sink towash his hands which was a plus! Hats off to that guy.. This place needs a leader to motivate and regulate their SOPs better! Read more

Worst experience I've ever had. Waited in line of 3 for 20 mins, finally ordered and waited an additional 10 mins, then was... asked if I would like something else because they ran out of mashed potatoes. Meanwhile half of my order was sitting on thecounter getting cold. Normally I would have kept my cool, but I noticed the drive thru being served quickly, at least 8customers. I asked to speak to the manager and when she tried help matters she scoffed at the 10 min I waited since my order wasplaced. This outraged me and her way to handle this was to refund my money. Way to go Management, another unhappy andunsatisfied customer. Read more

Bought dinner this week from here and the biscuits had mold on them, upon returning to the store me and my fiance were called... liars. And was giving a hard time about getting our refund. Terrible service at this location. Read more
