The experience was strait out of an horror movie. Cole Slaw tasted like soap, fries were grease and saggy, the cashier looked... like he was falling asleep or on some "meds" them a red hair driving a white truck parked right in front of the windowdrive-through blocking the line. She gets out of her truck and started to smoke a cigarette while we had to backup in order toexit. Obviously the woman was mental and instigating her evils. Was that a glimpse of the collapse of humanity as we know it? Ihope no,.. I'm still hopeful we make it to a time of flying cars, food replicators and vacationing on planets or interplanetaryspace !!! Well a few weeks ago they started upping their game and doing really good for a little while, but recently that?s all gone... downhill, they?ve started closing early again, and now a lot of times they?ll close before it?s actually time to close, orthey?ll just start letting every one know an hour and a half before closing time that there?s no food left. One of the workerswho was a woman I noticed was talkin really nasty to the person ahead of me in the drive thru making their order, I mean litrelyyelling. How do you run out of chicken at a chicken restaurant? Then you act like I inconvenienced you by coming to your job to ask you... to do the job you are supposed to be doing. I love the taste of the food here. Seriously the best tenders in my opinion. Juicy chicken, amazingly crisp batter, delicious... fries. That said, 9 times out of 10 there is something wrong with our order. (Missing dipping sauces, rice instead of fries,bone in chicken instead of tenders, etc.) Still 4/5 since it is fast food and they are rushed and overworked, but are stillfriendly and professional each time. Everytime I come to this place, they find a way to screw up the order. Last time we were supposed to get an order of fries but... they forgot to give it to us. Now today, we ordered 11 piece chicken today and they only gave us 9 pieces. I don't know if thesepeople are dumb, incompetent, or both. Ordered online popcorn shrimp with cocktail sauce and lemonade and a chicken sandwich. Total tab$11+. Hubby waited 30 minutes to... get order. Only One person at the counter cashier/preparer. He warned people that they might have to wait 30 min. You wouldimagine that popeye manager should have called more people to mind the desk when promoting the buy $10 get a free chickensandwich. Got the order. No free chicken sandwich. When my husband asked for it he said the order did not qualify. No cocktailsauce and no lemonade and the popcorn shrimp was more popcorn than shrimp.
