Ok so I can be the worst food critic if you ask me my true opinion. That being said, our first experience at Pietros was the... most impressive and enjoyable dinner I have had in this area! I finally found a place where my money is well spent. Let's startwith the bread, that's right the bread, fresh hot and multiple options. I had the seafood bisque before my meal and was blownaway with the creamy and freshness true seafood taste. For my main, I ordered the snapper and I can not tell you how importantFRESHNESS is! I believe mine was just hand delivered from the ocean because it was as good as the ones I catch myself andprepare the same day. All of our meals were outstanding and the service was impeccable! It was an amazing experience! The staff, the atmosphere, everything was magical ???? The food was excellent! I had the Chilean... sea bass. My husband had the seafood bisque and the lobster coattail. Stopped in to see the golf course and find info out about membership, but went on to have a dinner that was amazing. My husband... and I got a beet salad and the eggplant stack. Well?.. we wound up ordering 2 eggplant dishes because they were phenomenal. The eggplant was as thin as a crepe and the sauce (red marinara) was also great. We plan to go back and have this again soon. If you are from the northeast and are looking for a great meal, look no further. We had an absolutely lovely dinner here. We came for our anniversary and it was our first time. We looked up several places and... picked here so my husband thought he saw Chicken Parm on the menu and it wasn't (must have been another place we looked at).Well the server said he would ask if it was possible to do for him. Low and behold they did and he said it was great andwondered why it wasn't on the menu because it tasted so good. My prime rib was so flavorful. I'm not the craziest about mashedpotatoes especially when they aren't smooth...well these were the best chunky mashed potatoes I've EVER had! My family and I recently celebrated a birthday dinner at Pietro's on the River in Jensen Beach, Florida! What a marvelous... experience! We had a sunset special (4:30 to 6:00 pm) of prime rib. There were three entree choices for this package, which included salad... and dessert for $34.95. The photo was our view from our windowside table. Service was excellent, ambiance upscale, and thefood was tasty and well presented. Read more

I chose Pietro?s for my birthday dinner and it was perfect from start to finish. Pietro greets guests at the door and seats... them. His partner Jay took charge of serving us along with 3 other staff members. Lovely meal: beef carpaccio to start, thenChilean sea bass with superior risotto? this is hard to get right but the chef excelled. My husband had delicious veal Marsala.
