I used to own a Papa Johns in Ohio, my first time at this location, my pizza was at least a 95/100 (that?s how Papa J?s scores... then). Ordered on a Sat night with extra sauce & well done, when any pizza place is busy one or both of these might not be done.Dough late I?m the night (it?s 9:25) can set out too long - resulting in too think (too doughy) crust not the case at all. Papacrust is fermented like I fine wine no sugar added though fermenting adds sweetness. Papa won?t serve dough before day 3 notafter day 7, never frozen but kept at 35 degrees and brought out of cooler till 52 then back in each day. This was really goodday 3-6 dough well prepared. Cheese lock could e been tighter hence not a 100 pizza but darn close! Nice work plus Evan at theend of the night smiling - genuine smiling faces! I?ve done it. I?ve achieved the divinity of the afterlife, the food of the gods themselves. How, you ask? I found it inside a... box of pizza from this location. I complex order, I asked of them, yet not a single mistake. I arrived at the store soon afterordering and the cheerful courier of delicious bastardized Italian food brought my treasure right to my car. The choice to placecheese on top of pepperoni rather than below? Inspired. The airy, flaky crisp of the crust? Divine. The Parmesan? I might aswell have gone through the wardrobe to Tuscany. I order from here at least once a week with 5 kids and sports at night. The pizza it?s self is good if they could just stop... making mistakes. Every order averages $60 plus dollars so when frequent mistakes are made on my order I want it fixed. I getattitudes when I call or their giggling on the phone. Tonight?s order made it here in less than 30 minutes but my Hawaiian BBQpizza arrived a regular BBQ as you can see. I was then told we can make you a new one but it?ll be at least and hour and a half.Great so here it is 10:30 and I have a cold Hawaiian BBQ pizza. The driver was amazing the drivers are always great he askedwhat the problem was and if it was something he did. I always order in app so there is no confusion on my order. I order Pizza about once a week. I don't like the pizza at P.H and Dom. Papa John's is good pizza. I was a customer for a long... time. One time their pizza was badly made and the delivery was very long. I understand that some times things happen. I did calland complain. The manager/owner told me to call him on the next order and he would make it right. I did so a few days later andhe denied saying that and refused what he promised. Customer service is a big deal to me. He blew it for my business. I tried acompetitor named M's. They have great pizza and exceptional service. Papa Johns has a good reputation but this location dragsdown their good name. I recommend looking elsewhere for pizza. Read more
My pizza was editable. Kind of. I ordered an the works, but my pizza seemed very lacking on toppings. There was toppings in the... middle in a small pile. And to be honest it wasn't very tasty either. I'll stick with dominoes from now on. Read more
