I ordered a Big Mac meal and two separate cheeseburgers there were other patrons in the restaurant that physically heard me say... I wanted a Big Mac meal and I was charged for just the Big Mac and then I had to pay separately for the fries and the drink Imean if other customers in the store can physically hear me why cannot the person at the counter probably will never come backbecause of the fact that they are rip off and overcharging people and refuse to listen and when the gentleman that well one ofthe gentleman that heard me say it came to the register to bring it to their attention as well they did absolutely nothing oncompensating. Waited 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. The screens where you can order yourself were disgusting. Then order was wrong,... had to wait back in line. Managers walking in had their phone blasting music on it. Then about 20 minutes later an employee sitsdown and blasts her music on her phone. Staff didn't wash hands in bathroom. This place can?t make an iced mocha or iced caramel macchiato to save their lives. They had to send this poor kid out 4 times... with the wrong drinks and eventually I just agreed to take them, even though they were wrong. Went to grab lunch with my husband daughter and grandson. There were quite a few employees working. Someone was stocking cups... and knocked stacks over onto the floor. Instead of putting them in the trash a employee picked them up , with fingers inside thecups placed them back onto the remaining stacks. I actually had to tell the manager that the cups should go into the trash. Iwon't eat there again because now ya don't know what else gets picked up off the floor and put back. After telling the managerwho was crouched down under the counter I heard her over telling the employee that I saw her replace the cups back to the stack.Very uncomfortable.
