Zero sense of urgency from the employees here. The cashier barely said a word to me or other people that were ordering. No... customer service skills. I ordered cookies. I bit off one and requested fresh ones because they were cold. The girl takes my cookies places them in the... microwave then hands them back to me. I then check them and asked who I need to speak to because these are the same exactcookies I can tell from where I bit one at. She gets mad and then goes and drops new ones.
